It was so great that the rain stayed away and the sun shone for our Junior School Cross Country event this week.  The children showed their perseverance and stamina as they completed their races.  It was pleasing to see the way the children encouraged the runners.  A special thanks to the senior children who ran the course and helped the runners achieve their goals.  A special thanks to all the whānau and community who came to watch our runners today; it was great to see so many people here! Your support is so valued and always welcome here at Silverdale.
